BD50 to BD25 - grayish letterbox and movie

First of all I like to say that this is a remarkable software. I Think it does a great job regarding both DVD and Blu-ray.
Regarding compessing BD50 to BD25, I experience not the best results.
I did a couple for the first time today and the letterboxes on 2:35.1 movies turned grayish. The movies itself look crisp but seemes to have lost some colour.

Yes, I have reported this on the latest Beta thread 6.2.2.0 , maybe you could too. There is a definate Luminance lift only when compression is used though.
