Blu Ray not ripping

Downloaded the latest version from the net and hv already paid for the software as on today morning , put in the Blu Ray into the drive and it reads it perfectly but when you assign a folder to copy and press copy it does not do anything and comes back saying Blu Ray copied without doing anything at all.
Dunno how to proceed as Gladiator Blu Ray Had the problem / The Messenger had the same problem / U-571

Explain your process in detail. What mode are you using? I had no problem with Gladiator region A, never tested those other titles.
