Cannot clone Game of Thrones Season 2 Disc 2

I have tried DVDfab 9, 10.0.5.2, 10.0.5.5, and 10.0.5.7 to clone Game of Thrones Season 2 Disc 2 and process freezes around 20%. Attached is log file.

I'm with 10.0.5.7, win8, has no issue to clone this disc, not exactly the same though (different region). It took 5-6 hours, no cuda supported, so probably your clone work is not freeze but in very slow progress at that period of time.
