Authorisation Error, again.

Hi guys,

I've previously posted about some problems I've been having with the software not authorising on my computer.

Well the same problem has returned.

Started DVDFab the other day and I got the "Authorise This Computer" tab, so I entered in my email and password and everything seemed fine.

Today I got the "Authorise this computer" tab again, so I went through the same process and now it's telling me that "You Cannot Authorise This Computer"

I've attached screen captures and log so you can scrutinise them further.

I've completely removed DVDFab, including the DVDFab 10 folder under Documents.

Downloaded and installed the latest version of DVDFab per Mona's instructions and it seems to be working again, so far.
