Problem with large m2ts main movie file and compression

    hi all,

I have problems with Transformers 2 and BD9 Compression:

I made a 1:1 copy of the BD to my file system (about 45GB).

Then I opend this with DVDFAB 6.2.1.8

In the tab Complete Disk DVDFAB says 100% are 44,985GB - looks fine!

Now I change to Main Movie to get the Feature to compress to BD9. I Took the main m2ts and the scanning begins.

Scanning always say up to 67% that the main movie is about 42 GB and by 67% he changed to 843 MB??

When I now chose BD9 and start he always says that there is no compression needed (because 843MB are less than 8,1 GB) but the output is about file is 42 GB on the disk.

Is there a problem when the main movie is to large (seems over 40 GB)?

    Thanks,
    Matthias

You may be selecting the wrong video stream DVDFab doesn't always pick the the right one. Use the preview pane to be sure.

stone1981 as Johan said you may be selecting the wrong video stream DVDFab doesn't always pick the the right one.Have you tried to scroll down and see if there is another video stream with with that same length?

there isn't another stream with that lenghts! All others has max 40 seconds long. As you can see in the beginning of the scanning (up to 60%) all seems to be fine and then he says 2000MB.

            thx

Try to rip movie only again with the original and remove HD audio.
