1:1 full bit BD50 copy can't play on blu-ray player

    Hi All,

can anyone help me, i made a full 1 to 1 bit to bit copy to a BD-R DL disc 50 GB, once it done, it can play on the pc with powerdvd9, but it can't load and play on my normal blu-ray player and ps3, my blu-ray player model is Philips BDP3000, my BD burner on pc is LG BH08

    thx

what steps did you use to burn?

make sure you are burning using file system UDF 2.50

This can cause non-compatibility from a stand alone player. Also try burning at slower speed, like 2x.

make sure you are burning using file system UDF 2.50<-------where is it be? got to install it or it is just a option setting in dvdfab?

i got a .ISO BD file, i go to Blu-ray to blu-ray>Write Data>then choose from Image file

i had go in to the dvdfab setting, in DVD/Blu-ray > Read>Blu-ray > already choose "Internal (UDF 2.50 Parser + I/O)

and burning speed is 2X already

      Thx

I would personally install ImgBurn. It has much better control over the write speed than the included VSO burn engine. Be sure to follow the video tutorial by Troy512 on how to set the automatic write speed per media id.

just use DVDfab with IMG to burn it, just still the same, can't load on the normal blu-ray player and ps3, but it can load on pc with powerdvd9

Post the ImgBurn log and Fabs internal log, maybe something will stand out there.
Also does your stand alone and PS3 have the latest updates?

How to Burn BD-R/RE with ImgBurn

UDF 2.5 is under the 'option' tab. (shown in the tutorial)

for my last burning, i just use "burn the main movie" funtion, so it might be not showing any probem in the log record, do i have to burn it once again with the full 1:1 disc, then save the log for you to check? i afraid the old record in the logs are erased.

You may burn not so fast (12X). Try the lowest one.
Also check if you see a verify option and enable it.

No my friend. The setting is in ImgBurn.

What you did is for "read" only...im talking about when you "write" to disc.
