Can't open BD source of previously copied discs

DVDFab is not allowing me to open my previously copied BD discs. I have seen this on multiple discs. The disc are seen in explorer and also play just fine using the same disc player. Also, have tried different disc players same result. DVDFab also is able to read copy protected disc just fine. Please see enclosed log file.

Please open one of the copied discs in windows explorer, and then copy all the files out from the disc except *.M2TS files and then zip them, and send to us.
