This is the second disc of the same title which is getting the 'Failed to open' error. Both discs played fine in an external BD player, but will not open in DVDFab 10.2.1.0 or DVDFab Player 5019. I am attaching the log files for your review. I am just having difficulty believing that TWO new discs of the same title could be defective or unreadable. Possible DB issues?

Hi,
We need some file of the original disc. Please open the original movie disc in Windows Explorder, copy all the files out from the original disc except *.M2TS files and then zip them, and attach the .zip file here. Or you can upload it to Googledrive and then send me the url. Thanks.
If you have other Blu-ray movies that has the same problem, please also post dvdfab_internal.log file and those original files as requested above.
Regards,
Mona

It seems you were trying to convert videos into Blu-ray format using Blu-ray Creator.
Please start a new thread, post the dvdfab_internal log files too. Thanks.
