Blu-ray ripper creates an unreadable file

The past few times when using the latest software it creates an unreadable file. Below is the message that I receive when trying to open the file.

This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.

    0xc00d36c4

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi John,

Please specify the player you used for playback, and post dvdfab_internal.log file and fabcheck_internal.log file.
Also, please use mediainfo tool to analyze one of the output file and attach the result here.

      Good morning Mona,

Thank you for your assistance. Please see the attached files for your review. I have tried Windows 10 Media Player and VLC Media Player.

      Thanks,
      John

        Hi John,

We do not have Blu-ray HALLOWEEN available for testing, but we try other movies, could not reproduce the problem.
        1. Please provide a purchase link of the movie disc.
If you have the same problem with other Blu-rays, please specify them.
If only for this one, please use Copy mode to create a chapter copy, and then load the chapter copy as source to convert again and see if it will make a difference. If same thing happens to the chapter copy, please upload the chapter copy to us for testing.

        2. The internal log you attached is not complete, a complete log session should start with something like: DVDFab 11.0.1.5 (2019/01/31 10:44:15) (X64)
So, please post the new one.

        3. Please also try other profile like passthrough or MKV to see the result.

        4. Just to confirm, did you receive a successful message during the conversion? The MediaInfo file contains not much info.
