Audio Issue with "Time Travelers Wife" BluRay

Whenever I try to compress the Ripped BluRay to 25GB or 9GB, etc. the audio is always out of sync. This happens when I compress it either with or without the HD audio. FYI, it also happened with the 300 BluRay movie, but the funny thing is, I have done several other movies recently with no problem. I am running 6.2.1.8.

How are you playing the compressed file back, from your hdd or after a burn to blank media?
