Main Movie of Blu-Ray with source from HDD as BDMV

Dear Friends

First of all, hello to all of you - it's my first post here.

I have got a collection of BD movies as BDMV folder structure on my HDD.
I would like to rip them as Main Movie (selected video, chapters, audio, subtitles).
Is there possibility to set source as BDMV folder structure and destination as another BDMV folder structure (but this time it will be ripped as Main Movie with BDMV folder structure). Or there is only possibility to create ripped BD ISO Main Movie?

Is this working well? With no desync of audio vs video?
Are subtitles forced or only as option to choose?

Yes, the parent folder of the BDMV folder (usually the movie name) can be used as the source and you can select a hard drive folder as the destination.

However, you may need to re-rip from the originals for some titles if you did not use DVDFab to rip these titles in the first place (and maybe even if you did). Blu-Ray ripping is still a new technology so sometimes things will not work on the hard drive copy.
