Unable to get the extended or collector edition on the avatar bluray

when opening the disk in the main movie copy module, I can only get the theatrical version of the movie. where there should be the extended or collector edition, there is only a 33 seconds entry.

from what i can find The correct playlists with correct chapters are 850, 851 and 852

Please check the "Choose Other Titles" panel and see if the titles you need there or not.

In Main Movie Copy, I see the following titles:
800 - 2h41m41s
801 - 0h0m33s
802 - 0h0m33s
850 - 0h0m33s
851 - 0h0m33s
852 - 0h0m33s
