Cannot copy "The Big Trail"

Mona, per your request, I tried the copy (again) using 11.0.7.6. I still get the same error message "unsupported BD+"

Tried to submit log via DVDFAB software, but it fails.Attaching compressed folder here containing all files tagged as "log"

Since I haven't heard anything more on this issue, I gave it another try using the latest DVDFab version 11.0.8.1

Still getting the same error as first reported last December.

Any idea when this might get fixed? If it is not going to happen anytime soon, then let me know so I can go look for an alternative application...

So, it has been about a year now since I first reported this problem and I still cannot make a backup copy of this disk.

Is there any hope of this ever getting fixed>
