Hi there, running into something I've never seen before. I set up for full disc copy BD50 and for some reason it analyses and finds 244G and attempts to copy to an 18% reduction. I can rip and copy the main movie but I'm trying to get the full disc. log attached

Please copy everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip and send it to us. Please check PM for FTP info, thank you.
