I was having the same issue with multiple discs (Blu-Ray and DVD) and it was running much slower than under previous versions. The progress bar would get to 50% of a two-pass processing and it was as if the whole process just froze. Time remaining, fps and time spent all froze, but I was also able to still access the program (unlike other fails in which the App would become unresponsive).
