Cannot get Imgburn to burn at 2x

I have setup Imgburn to do 2x followign the link below. I know the link is for DVDs, and I'm doign Blurays, but does that matter? I see the disc profile set to 2x and I even set the device to 2x, still it burns at ~5.6x.

Have you checked the Disc Media details in ImgBurn? It will display what speeds your blank discs can burn at.
