    Blu-ray to Blu-ray Error=700

I have been able to back up a Blu-ray movie to a 25 gb disc but wanted to backup the whole disc to include menus so I tried 50gb discs. When I try to back it up from my hard drive I get a "task 1 Error=700 message. Does anyone know what is causing this? Thanks

The disc you're trying to backup is larger than 25GB and compression will be needed, currently Fab can only compress main movie only.

No compression is needed. I am using 50gb dl discs. The source disc size is only 43gb.

Ok I confess, I need new glasses

Is the ripped file on your hdd or trying to rip/burn in one process?

Try the new beta 7012 and see if the error disappears.

I have the same problem and tried with both the latest Fab6 and Fab7 betas.

Be sure to use the write data mode since the file is already on your hdd and select the folder that contains both the BDMV and Certificate folders within it as the source.

Will the disc still play in a regular bluray player if burned in data mode?

I would suggest IMGBurn and it should be burned as an image in UDF 2.50

                      Thanks Johan, IMGburn works perfectly.

Just a tip, ImgBurn will autodetect the folder structure wether it's DVD or Bluray and prompt the user about changing the settings, so don't worry if you forget to do this manually. (pretty cool of LUK, ImgBurn's author to think of this)

I think I'm doing what you said above including selecting IMGburn for the writer and still get the error700 message.
I selected the movie folder which includes the BDMV and certificates folder which is on my HDD. I want to write an .iso also to my HDD, but keep getting the error700 message. Using latest Fab7 or latest Fab6 betas.
                          Any other ideas?
