Blu-ray Cop crashing then restart works

I'm having 2 problems sine new update where BluRay's are crashing during analyzing/startup

1# Iclose everything via the task manager. I then restart the program and the BluRay copies fine (probably happened 5 times now).

2# DVDFAB BluRay is also having problems with certain movies during analyzing/startup where it switches profile to clone burn and shows disc as BD-ROM. restart does nothing to fix issue.

If you have the crash report, please save it and send the zip file to us.
If you do not get that, please post the dvdfab_internal log file.
