New protection scheme in 2021? Voyagers and Chaos Walking

Experienced a blank screen with the message that the copied disk cannot be played due to copyright restrictions and to buy a genuine copy. Source was Blue-ray
DVDFab did not alert to Cinevia.

Voyagers played for about 5 minutes and then the screen and message appeared. After a minute or so, it reset and started playing over, in a loop. I tried skipping the first scene, in the second scene, it basically froze.

Chaos Walking, it didn't even start playing the first scene, popped up the message, then on its own skipped forward a few scenes, played a couple seconds then skipped again. When it hit the end it started over from the beginning.

Is this a new copy protection? Any ideas on settings of DVDFab?

These discs must have some copy protection that is messing with the menu.
"Chaos Walking" - try playing playlist #535 - see if that gives you the movie
"Voyagers" - try playing playlist #895 - see if that gives you the movie

All Blu-ray, right? Please provide the latest dvdfab_internal log file.
Also, we need the files except for those m2ts files that are under \...BDMV\Stream, please zip the files from two movies respectively, and them upload them to our FTP, we will check, thanks.
(Please check PM for FTP info)

        Yes both Blu-Ray

When I went to re-rip Voyagers, I got a message to the effect of "Java update needed, not yet supported. Gives a couple three days". See attached upload.

I changed to copying Main title and Path Trace disabled. And that works.

The default location for DVDFab log file is: C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab12\Log
You can use the Feedback button in DVDFab 12 to send the log files to us as well: DVDFab Forum - Log Files Help Our Developers Troubleshoot Your Problems Quickly
