Best way to rip Blu Ray demo disc with multiple chapters

Hey folks,
Ive got a blu ray demo disc for Dolby Atmos coming today and I wonder what is the best way to rip it to my hard drive for playback via Kodi Media player? Normally I rip all of my discs to iso or mkv files and just keep the main movie portion. With this disc, it has multiple move clips (scenes for various demos etc.) Suggestions?

You can give Copy - Clone mode, it will 1:1 create an iso file that includes all the clips.
