repeatable playback error

I converted Transformers - Revenge of the Fallen to DVD(9). I did this with DVDFab 12. If I skip chapters playback is fine. If, instead, I skip forward using the elapsed time bar and then skip a chapter it causes playback to go into what looks like half speed mode.

The playback is via Windows Media Center.

Did you try it using another software player? Same problem?
