Nothing Happens when I click 'Start'

Just decided to made the jump to Blu-Ray when the PS3 prices dropped, so I went and grabbed 2 of my favorite movies, Gran Torino and Sin City.
I promptly grabbed the latest beta of DVDFab to back-up these 2 discs and that is when the butt kicking began.
Put the disc into my LG-BH08, fire up the beta, let it go through and analyze the disc. So far, so good. Go to Main Movie mode to get either to fit onto a 25GB BD-R disc, looks great. Click Next, get to the next screen where I click 'Start' and then sit here. And sit here. Nothing happening. Hmmmm....so I restart DVDFab, and the Blu-Rayto Blu-Ray shows as expired. OK, I uninstall it, reinstall it, and go through the same thing. Analyze ok, no response from clicking start.
So, a-surfing I go. Grab an on-the-fly decryper and rip to an .iso file. Figure DVDFab will work then, but nope, same deal. I have burnt 1 other movie with the drive using the .iso. It was easy since the file was only 21GB.
I am running Vista 64, 6gb Ram, I7 cpu, and that LG-BH08 burner. Would love to hear any ideas about this one.

I presume that you have paid for and have a rego key for the Blu-Ray option?

Nope, not yet. I will happily pay for it once I find that it works for Blu-Ray. I am hesitant to spend more dough until I have this figured out.
I am thinking that I may try removing my DVD burner and see if that maybe does some good. Maybe having just the Blu-Ray burner in the system will make a difference. Gonna do that first thing in the morning.

Well, if you haven't paid for it, it looks like your free 30 day trial has expired. How long have you had Fab installed?

Thought of that too. I just redid an install of it, after I removed any registry references to dvdfab. I think that was a good clean one since it required a reboot.
I confident in this product, maybe I should go ahead and purchase the bluray to bluray option and count on getting this figured out.

Well, all I can say is that the DVD Fab developers have not let us down in at least the last 5 years.

PS: The key is not a simple fab entry in the regisry otherwise everyone would just hack it.

From the get go, every single time I tried to use it, the Blu-Ray would run once then show as expired. First one I used was 6.1.0.2. I have had the blu-ray burner 1 week today. I was trying to nuke it out about the expiring thing and thought that since I had used DVDFab way back when that some manner of remnants from that were hanging around and screwing things up.
I tried to output to a compressed .iso and didn't have any luck either. Gonna go ahead and purchase the blu-ray key and hope for the best.

Well, I think once you have the paid version, you will be happy with the product.

Buying the key seems to have fixed it! I have Sin City main movie backed up and grandkid proof! Thanks.

Grandkid proofing is always a good thing, especially for BD's
