Cannot open Perdita Durango Blu-Ray. DVDFab version 12.0.7.7

Just recently got the blu-ray for the movie "Perdita Durango" and DVDFab is giving me the "To open this blu-ray disc, please update DVDFab software" error...even though i'm currently set up with the newest version of DVDFab, hence me thinking this is a BD+ error with the title possibly not being on the current database.

Please make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip and upload it to our FTP site.
I will send the FTP info through forum PM, please kindly check, thank you.

Currently on version 12.0.8.0 and i'm STILL receiving the "to open this blu-ray disc, please update DVDFab software" error everytime DVDFab enters the "Accessing DVDFab Cloud Server, please wait....." phase of trying to open the disc.

The developer said that it's more like a network issue, do you use a proxy or VPN? Please try to disable it or try again at a different time to see the result.

If you have Passkey 9, you can give it a try as well.
