trying to locate dvd player to burn disc

I burned a movie using LG blu ray external dvd player. Now I am trying to back it up to a bluray Verbatim disc but when i go to the drop down I do not see the drive listed to burn too. How can I find it to burn a disc. I am on HP 17 inch new laptop. Windows 11.....dvdfab works perfectly then when I want to burn I just cannot find drive E to burn too Please help

try going into common settings - drives - see if your drive is listed and has a check mark beside it.
