what brand of media are you using ?? Verbatim are the best ones to use.

Comet91; There are so many reasons that may cause failure. You need to give a brief history.

Has it worked before?
Are you trying to use a different brand disk?
Have you updated your OS and driver firmware?
Have you tried a lower burning speed?
Any changes to DVDFab settings lately?

The best thing to do is (as suggested by Mona) try again, and send the log files.
