Error Code 700? Anyone know what this is?

Anyone know what this might be? Error Code 700? Tried looking it up in the error code list and couldn't find it.

Here is the log burning blue-ray to blue-ray:

20:58:11: Task_1 failed! Error=700
20:58:12: Process failed!

That's as far as I get.

Note: This happens with both DVDFab 6.2.1.8 and DVDFab 7.0.2.1 Beta.
Trying to burn full disk (ripped to hard drive prior to burn) on to a BD-R 50.

I did a search as far back as 2007 and found..

Error 700= Bad Disc.

Also found this thread from last month but does not seem to help judging from a quick read.
