How to create full-disc ISO backup with episode selection menu?

I recently backed up my Blu-Ray copy of the miniseries, Chernobyl. I created a full-disc ISO file. However, when playing the file it does not start with an episode selection menu. Did I miss a settings somewhere? How do I back up such discs (ones with multiple episodes of a show on them) so that they have an episode selection menu?

I am on a Mac, if that matters.

When copying with Clone mode or Full Disc mode, the copy should contain the menu feature of the disc.

Did you use the Menu mode when playing the copy? What player did you use for the playback?
