blu ray disc not recognized

    blu ray disc not recognized

    I am trying the blu-ray to blu-ray functions and experienced many problems. While I am still trying to find what exactly the problems were, it suddenly stopped recognizing blu-ray movies that it recognized before. When I put in a blu-ray movie, it prompt for the region, then starts a progress bar to open blu-ray source, after a while, everything stops and the source still says: Please insert Blu-ray disc or choose blu-ray folder/image file.

    My os is vista ultimate, and here is the internal log:

    0m 27.44s: verified drive signature
    0m 27.44s: verified host signature
    0m 27.95s: sent host signature and key point
    0m 27.95s: got bus key
    0m 28.00s: got volume id
    0m 28.00s: got volume id mac
    0m 28.00s: volume id is correct
    0m 28.00s: got vid

    The funny thing is that it recognized these movies before. I did installed WINDVD, however, after I uninstalled it, DVDFab still does not recognize my movies.

    Please help.

    forward the log to fengtao, read post from akadennis,for instructions.
    If you have version 6.0.7.0 revert to that and that should correct your problem.

          FYI Reverting back did not correct my problem. Still waiting for a response.
