License key doesn't work

Hi,
Just registered Blu-ray to blu-ray and got email confirmation with key etc and followed the instruction to enter key. When the program restarted it still said trial user.
Any help would be appreciated

Did you requested an all-in-one key or seperate key? Try vice-versa.

Also you may start DVDFab with admin permissions when entering the key.

It was a seperate key for blu-ray to blu-ray only. The program just restarted without admin permission

I meant if you had a seperate, try an All in One key and if you had All in One key, try seperates.

Please also check in regedit (start -> run -> regedit) if the following key is created:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\DVDFab\BluRay2BluRay\K ey

I have checked regedit and it has a DVDFab folder with a V7 folder but no Bluray2Bluray folder.

Then key doesn't got created and either your key is somehow not valid and/or UAC is messing up (try to disable UAC completely and reboot and try again).

Turning off UAC has worked! and I now have my name instead of trial user.
