Sound Sync issues with 7.0.3.0

I am using 7.0.3.0 and have been having no issues except when I try to back up Blind Side and Harry Potter Half Blood Prince which are both Warner Bros titles. The sound sync is off by about 7 seconds. Any suggestions?
I disabled DXVA and am trying again.

so please give us more information about your problem ?

what is your output mode, BD25 or others ?
