Bluray to DVD?

can you copy blue ray to regular dvd using "blue-ray to blueray" ?

if so, will the dvd quality be the same as any other dvd disc quality assuming default setup ?

Yes you can, but it will only be playable on Bluray players, as far as quality...some will say it's better than DVD quality and others will argue it's not. It's very subjective and results will vary from title to title and so on. Try it out and see what you think.
