    got this error when trying to backup my 2012:

    16:23:37: Analyzing started
    16:23:37: Analyzing completed successfully
    16:23:37: Copy process started

    16:23:37: DXVA GPU acceleration for video decoding enabled

    )
    16:23:45: Process failed!

    any ideas?

    Try it with DXVA turned off.

          What FAB are you using?
          In DVDFab 6, go to General Settings (checkmark in green circle in top right corner) => GPU Acceleration => uncheck "Enable CPU Acceleration"

          In DVDFab 7, General Settings => A/V Codec => set both Video Decoder and Video Encoder for "Software"

            seems to be working, eta 5:30 hrs to completion

              okay guys, it took 6 1/2 hours to complete. is this normal?
              i running a vista 2.8 duo core w/ 4 gig's of mem

                Yea, it's normal considering you are not using acceleration.

                  I will have to re-rip, the movie burned and played fine, but the audio was for blind viewers

                    If you have nothing better to, go ahead and re-rip. However, if you want to save some time, demux streams from your compressed BD with HdBrStreamExtractor, demux desired audio from your original BD using same program, and than re-mux entire Blu-ray using tsMuxerGUI. Both programs are freeware, and whole thing shouldn't take more than half-hour.
