Missing first part of movie

I am a newbie with dvdfab... I have used the blu ray movie only option and the first 3 minutes of the movie is missing. I was burning star trek 2009.

The playback is great on dvd+r dl and bd-r 25 with the only issue being the first part not burned.

Any advise would be appreciated

[Complication]

You will want to double-check that the title selected by DVDFab is the correct one. So far the title auto-select feature on Blu-Ray has been less than perfect. You can try each out in the preview or match it up with the title listed on your BD player.
