Pc Works but not ps3

When im ripping blu ray and burn them using imgburn , on the pc it works fine but not on ps3 . Maybe im not using imgburn properly ? Can anyone help me thanks

in ImgBurn settings [Options tab], do you have the file system set to "UDF 2.5"? (it should be)

...also, try to burn it at a slower speed such as x2.4

Post the burn log from ImgBurn, that should shed some light on your problem.

These are the steps as i dont know how to post what you requested..

Mode - Built - BDMV folder - Burn .

Thats what im doing or i have to calcute as im ready another post , for ps3 playback

When you open ImgBurn in build mode put tick beside 'auto' and drag and drop the main folder in the large box within ImgBurn (you may have to click 'calculate' the first time) but my guess is you don't have ImgBurn setup to create the certificate folder so that's why I say to drag the main folder for the movie, it should already have the certificate folder within it.

Unless you set the file system to UDF 2.50 manually, after clicking calculate a popup should appear explaining it will do it for you (if you later want to burn a DVD folder it will popup again telling you it will set it back again for you, pretty cool if you are like me and may forget).

Also after that click the 'device' tab and set the write speed to half of the reported speeds available for the blank media being used.
If you can find the burn log just copy and paste here in the forum.

Another method is to click the ImgBurn link in my sig and Troy512's video tutorial (1st link in his post) will show how to set it up so it will do this automatically per media id.

You need to include the CERTIFICATE folder too. (as W&B mentioned)

I followed your friends video , but still the same . Im using Intenso BD-RE , maybe its the media ? next week ill try to buy TDK or traxdata . Is this what you asked for ??

Not sure what you did wrong but the content type should be BD Video.

Also I don't see anywhere in the log that it actually went to write the file.
What version # of Fab did you use? Make sure you use the latest version from the forum's main page.

Im going to try to rip it to ISO and see whats the result , im trying Dark Knight and in the temp folder i have MAIN MOVIE - inside i have to folders on BD_Movie and the other Dark_Knight . its really complecated this blu ray ripping :s

try Imgburn by itself...not in conjunction with Fab...

• "Write files/folders to disc"
  
• Drag and drop the BDMV & Certificate folder into Imgburn.

perhaps your movie is a tad too big for the disc?

(but I would have thought Imgburn would send out a red flag...did you hit the "calculate image size" button?)

Thanks to all . i was able to play it on my ps3 , just another question , i have a 2-3 sec sound lag , is this dvdfab fault ? maybe the feture updates will address this ? Agian thanks to all for your help

I don't think I've seen any reports with A/V sync issues with the Bluray to Bluray option, if there was I have overlooked them. Is it only with 'The Dark Knight'?
I don't have that title on Bluray but I've not had any problems with the titles I have backed up.
I may have overlooked it but you never mentioned what version # of Fab you're using, try the newest beta 7035 from the forum's main page.
