forever tries to open the disc SOLVED

I have 7.0.3.2, Windows 7 32 bit.. Since installing TotalMedia Theatre 3 I can no longer rip Blu Rays. DVDFab no longer recognizes when I insert a disc and if I select it via the folder icon it forever tries to open the disc.

The movie in this case is "Men Who Stare At Goats" in case that matters.

What other information can I provide to help?

    Rick

I guess I never had an AACS movie since upgrading to Win 7. I had to force DVD Fab to run as admin in order to work correctly.

THANK YOU sooooo much for posting the solution!!!

I was falling into the same issue... I was never running it in 'admin' mode.

What's the easiest way to run it as admin? Right-click and "run as admin"?

Yes you can do that but it is always better to do this I always do this for all my programs, instead of clicking run I click save then open the folder and right click and install the programs as administrator and never have had 1 problem with any install.

You can also right click on DVDfab's icon, click properties and then the compatibility tab. Then place a tick beside "Run this program as an admin".
