No Sound

I've got both v6.x and v7.x that was released April 15th. I got v6 to rip Star Trek to my HDD one time, but then discovered no sound. A second attempt to rip ISO, as Administrator for both versions has same result. Tries forever to read Blu-Ray, but there is no activity light on the drive. I can access the disk via the O/S, but of course can't play the movie. Windows 7.
