using main movie mode and ripping individual episodes still results in no audio on the created ISO.

playing the episode in preview window works, but the end result does not still.

Please post internal log, also do you use DVDFab Virtual Drive to mount the ISO and play with software like PowerDVD (which software, version)?

Yes to the above.

I use to have the same issue with Master and Commander if you can recall, however that was fixed with the later versions of DVDFab. I have the same version of Powerdvd 8 as when i had master and commander issues.

The video is copied perfectly. Just audio issue.

out of the 3 log files DVDFAB creates, that is all of the information logged for the burning of that specific blu ray.

to confirm this i just tried copying season 2 of the universe and out of the 3 log files which are named and checked so logs are created dvdfab_burn_vso, dvdfab_internal and dvdfab_process... this is all the information listed below.
