    Unsuccessful 1st burn

Hey guys, I just got the trial version yesterday. Tried to back up Casino Royale to BD9 as a test run to see if the program will work for me. I have a P4 2.8hz processor and 1.5gb of Ram. Burner is a LG BH10LS30. Its a SATA drive but I'm running it through a IDE through an adapter. It coded fine but the burning only makes it 1-2 percent before failing with a error=122 task2 failed. Logs are attached.

Saw the Error 122 means "Write failed at the beginning of the media (often a media that is poorly supported by the drive)" I was using Verbatim 8x DVD+R DL.

Thanks for reply. I just used the Burner for the first time. I'll check the firmware though. Also I checked the VSO forum and saw someone else had the similar
"Unit attention, Power On or Bus device reset occured ERROR" they said to check my power supply or cables.

Oh!!! VSO forum!!!! OK, you should see this and do what it said:

Install ImgBurn and pair them up with DVDFab
Let us know how it goes.

Tried IMG to burn it. Made it 36% through. Had 8 retrys by the time it got to 36% and stopped working. Log in IMG said bogus device. Guessing I'm having problems because of the way my Burner is set up by using a sata to ide adapter(my computer is older and doesn't have sata). I guess I'll get a sata to usb adapter and try that. Thanks for the help!
