    Crash Problem

I tried to do a full disc to 25gb, and I got a message that said dvdfab has encountered a problem and needs to shut down, and then a screen popped up that wanted me to fill in my email address, name, etc.. Anyone else have this problem?

        DVDFab 7.0.5.0 (2010/04/30 13:41:46)

        0m 01.68s: option dvd2dvd 1 dvd2mobile 0 bluray2bluray 1 file2mobile 0 filemover 0
        0m 15.07s: got bdmv
        0m 15.36s: got extended bdinfo

That's all there is. It doesn't give me an error code, it just shuts down and an information page pops up wanting my email, etc. The movie file is coming from my hdd, so I don't believe it has anything to do with my burner.

You can also try the newest beta you will find it here
Instead of clicking run click save then open the folder and right click and install the programs as administrator
Give it a try and post back.

That is what is at the bottom of the dvdfab_internal.log text file, which is the most recent. Here is what is in the dvdfab_process.log:

              13:23:33: Analyzing of DVD started
              13:24:46: Task_1 failed! Error=102()

              I'm using DVDFab 7.0.5.0. Window Vista 32-bit.

Also, when I click start a pop up window comes up saying, "There is no need to copy
Full Disc between folders without compression. Do you want to continue?". Don't know if that helps.

                        i had similar problem,
after copying finish, it show "loading pls wait".

This happen whenever i chose BD50 as the target size.
If i chose BD25 1080p, the problem does not happen.

i tried isolating this problem by copying a very small 3min chapter,
so its much faster to know if it work.
                        Hope this helps.

The file is coming from my hdd, so I don't believe my disc drive should have anything to do with it. I tried to do one straight from the disc, and same result. Again, this only happens when trying to do full movie to 25gb.
