Blu-ray Discs that Have Failed to Open for Me
I am only making this list to serve as reference for others. I believe all the discs are not opening because of the BD+ internet connection issue that others have been having around the forum. The normal fixes (update, check firewalls, check drives/discs, ignore read errors, etc.) have been tried. The only firewall on my computer is the Windows Firewall and that is turned off. Passkey will open the discs but will not play them. Below the list is my system specs. Unless it breaks rules of some sort, perhaps other can list other discs they have trouble with or can give a solution to a disc that worked for them and not for me/others.
List of BDs that Do Not Burn to Hard Drive:
-500 Days of Summer
-Red Cliff International Version Disc 1
-Days of Thunder
-Star Trek
My system: AMD Athalon Dual Core 5050e ATI 3200 Radeon HD, 2.6 GHZ, 3 GB RAM, Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 3, Drive GGW-H20L
-All discs I have tried to burn to the hard drive are Region A, US retail.
