    error 102

    14:12:09: Copy process started
    14:13:26: Copy 00002.m2ts failed
    14:13:26: Task_1 failed! Error=102

    I was trying to copy AVATAR full disc and get this message??

    Any help is appreciated.

    This is what this Error means.
    102 DVD_Error_ReadFile,

    It also means that your disc either dirty, or damaged, or manufacturing defect, or your optical drive is dirty. Try to figure it out.

      done all that... same error

      Changed media used dvd/cd cleaner...

      It is a philips bd-re drive...

      Reads blu ray files and plays but will not recognize any bd-r disc (Verbatim)

      The drive could be bad...
