The total disk size is 36.2 GB but you can see DVDFab for the Main movie only is showing 114.724 GB.

It's not big deal - ignore it. Fengtao told us in some other thread that it's a bug in a GUI, and they will fix it. Just look for new beta.sigpic
Please post your logs the default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
For Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
For XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
