When compressing a blu ray to 4.7 gig for DVD

When compressing a blu ray to 4.7 gig for DVD. I know you lose video quality but does this degrade the HD audio? Meaning True HD or DTS HD MA?

Only if you check the remove HD Audio check box. Otherwise the audio is untouched.
