Problems Backing up A Bug's Life BR

I tried the latest beta and a couple of previous v.7 versions but have not been able to get into the subject BR to backup either main movie or full disk. Fab either displays the open Blu-ray source screen for ever, displays a read/write error, or bombs out and has to be restarted.
Anyone have success backing up A Bug's Life Region A?
    Thanks.

There were no complains so fare - I guess it's working for everybody. However, from what you are saying, I can say this is definitely bad disc issue. Yes, you can say that it plays OK and all that, but remember DVDFab requires certain level of precision, while handling of content in players in not as precise and rules for skip are very lose.

Thanks but don't agree with your rationale.
      Anyone else?

Have you ran into this problem with any other BD after that? And just a word of advice I would listen to Ipopov50 he helped me out in a lot of things and was right. Plus I have heard this on other forums.

I asked in my original note if anyone had success with this disk yet. Still interested in hearing from those who have been successful.
No problems with the other disks I've backed up.
So based on the recommendations received so far, I guess I should return the disk and ask for a new one? I can see the discussion at the store going like; TJK: "I'd like to return this disk." Store employee: "why, does it not play?" TJK: "Plays fine, but my backup program won't rip it because the disk is bad." Store employee: "???"
Just would like to know if anyone else has been successful backing up this disk with the latest Fab release.

How about "It'll play in my stand alone but will not play in my computer"?

I dont know what to do. I would try to return the Blu-ray and hope you get a good one. But I do wonder where the people who did have success is. Let me know if you have any luck I'm thinking bout buying the blu-ray version since my standard dvd is getting bad to watch.

I like it! May use that one if I need to go that route and return the disk.

Or just tell them that "It won't play" meaning "It won't play the game with DVD Fab"
