Encoder question

What encoder does dvdfab use?

If it uses it own encoder, how does it compare to x264 in speed and quality,
bitare control?

I have two nvidia 9600 Gt in SLI does dvdfab use them both?

What muxing engine does it use?

Hi dirio49,

We do use x264 as H.264 software encoder, but we have moved some time consuming routines to GPU via CUDA, so it's a CPU+GPU encoder now, which can use the best from CPU and GPU.

For SLI, we only use one graphic card for now, but it's on our todo list
