Hey Im having a hard time trying to backup my Ironman disk. Everytime the disc attempts to open the blu ray source it says read error. On several occasions it opens the disc, but when i start to copy it says read error. ANy ideas on what could be the cause?

Yep, there is an idea. It's a bad disc. It could be scratch, dirt, fingerprint, or invisible manufacturing defect. You can google, download and install a little freeware utility "VSO Inspector" in check your disc with it to see what the problem is. Otherwise clean the disc and try again, and if it doesn't work, take this disc back to the counter for exchange, hopefully you still have receipt.sigpic
