I tried to do a backup of the film, Baraka. I got read errors when attempting both 50GB, noncompressed, and 25 GB compression attempts. It would not even read the disc. I have never encountered a problem I couldn't work around with DVDFab before. Perhaps there is something about this disc.

I was able to make an ISO from Baraka but when I try to compress to BD25 it says no compression needed and makes a clone copy and not a compressed copy. You probably have a scratch that your Blu-Ray burner can't get by. I had that happen with my LG WH30LS10 and Akira. My copy had a tiny scratch on it and wouldn't copy past a certain point. I borrowed a friends copy to compare and his was still pristine and copied just fine. That's why I back mine up. I tend to crap them up when I use them.Last edited by DharmaBummed69; 05-24-2010, 06:15 PM.
