Error 16 on burn

    Error 16 on burn

    I get an error 16 message when trying to burn a movie.
    I use Windows Vista, for the life of me I cannot find anything with Vista!!! I know I have 2bg memory but no idea how it is configured. I use an external blu-ray movie.

    Error 16 is --Burn Failed.
    We already knew that.
    The attachments do not tell anything of importance either.

    Post any and all details of what you are doing.
    Name of movie.
    Region #.
    Media mid/brand.
    Burn engine? VSO/Nero/ imgburn?
    Mode of fab used.

      try using imgburn. I dont think nero likes bd.

        Odd that the only thing it saves in the Nero log is this.

        Burn process failed!
        Nero logs are very in detail, so where did the real log go?
