Compression BD 50 TO BD 25

I'have a problem with compression.
i Tried different versions including the latest DVDFab 7.0.6.7 my problem is that when finished compression mainmovie or fullbd both the film goes in spurts, using bd Rebuilder do not. (The test I did with total average teathre bd on original and compressed with dvdfab bd)
My setup is Win 7 32-bit, Q6600, ATI 4850, 4 gb ram
In acceleration setting i can see
H.264 su DXVA
VC-1 su DXVA
while Accelerazione GPU encoder video: H.264 sta su software.
The strange things is that in acceleration decoder i can also select Software,DXVA,cuda e core avc (H.264 and VC-1 labs) while in encoder setting only software or sofware+cuda.
This is strange because i've ati 4850 that is correctly reconize because i can read in the box below:
Chipset grafico :
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series

Codec video supportati :
DXVA_MODE_H264
DXVA_MODE_VC1

CoreAVC : non rilevato

Can anyone help me ?
