    bluray won't fast firward

does anyone else have this problem.
if i compress a bluray with dvdfab, and burn with imgburn, and try to fastforward, my sony 360 player locks up. this happens with PS3 as well.

if i compress with bd rebuilder, i do not have the same issue. fast forward is fine.

same blanks - TDK and CMC
same burners - Pioneer and LG (the basterds)

    thanks

Yes I had similar problems with my compressions in a past, but I went to Settings change some, and now I'm good.

This was an issue with an older version of DVDFab.

Geez dow. It's not obvious. And it still not obvious. To BD25 main movie or full disc????? How is it difficult to provide full and correct information. What help do you expect. All you will get is a bunch of guesses from bystanders and revelations that they having the same thing. They don't even know what you are doing....
Do you know why you will never have a good sex in a public place? Because everybody will start giving you advises how to do it right... Think hard.

                    you're right.
i am old enough to know that you never assume anything or it WILL come back to bite you.

i do know that anything i processed with bd rebuilder plays fine and fast forwards,

unfortunately i didn't make notes on each disk as to how i processed it.

i will go through the motions on the weekend and get back to you.

                    dow.

Weekend is fine... But answer on my question in previous post you should know by heart... Please answer it...
There are several options to back up a BD. One of the option is BD50 to BD25 (I suppose it what you are using). Inside of this option are two sub-options:
                      - BD50 to BD25 "Full Disc". and
                      - BD50 to BD25 "Main Movie"
Almost entire day I'm struggling to find out which one you are using. Please concentrate and give me that answer, Pleeeeaaaase

since bd 50 full disk to bd 25 has been available, i have been using this.
                        this is a recent option.

OK good. Do you have menus and chapters on a disc? Have tried to play that disc on your computer?

                            the last samurai
                            dvdfab 7.0.7.0

                            a/v codec all software
                            slow speed high quality

copy full disk to 25g 29.22-> 23.14 on harddrive.

burn to tdk bd-re 50g rewritable with imgburn on pioneer bdr 205

                            play on sony 360

                            all menus appear

                            start movie, hit fast forward
the picture freezes, but the counter on the player keeps counting.
hit play button, sound comes back, but picture is still frozen.
                            turn player off

try the player-who's-name-shall-not-be mentioned by cyberlink.
                            no problems.

is there a setting i am missing??
